Powder belt conveyor

      The conveyor is made of European imported stainless steel belt, under the belt, cold water is sprayed and stainless steel nozzle is employed to assure material's high cooling effect.Conveyor body frame is stainless steel for easy wash.When melt is deposited on the middle of two belt it then be cooled and pressed into 1-1.5mm sheets,After that,the sheet is cooled and conveyed to the breaker and finally it is broken to 12*12mm flakes 

      Notice:Spray water temp  is equal or lesser than 14^oC
